I downloaded TTools....and well, i just need help on how to use it...Thanks.

To be honest I couldn't explain it better than the designer of it did, and I find it "sort" of confusing.

Try this one and see if you find it any easier, I did.

I have "Ultimate Traffic" a $ add-on and It makes the sim alive, new.
