Airports Txt List For TTools - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 General)

Does anyone know where I could get an updated airports list for TTools containing many of the airports not included in the standard FS2004 list?

Im after the extra airports txt file that adds all the airports that are missing from FS2004
