I'm flying from St. Croix to San Jaun in my DC-3 and I have somehow unlinked my throttles. I found this extremely useful for taxiing, but how do I link them again for flight?

The ingame help is awkward at best but I found the answer. Press "e" and all the engine numbers in rapid order. 22 miles out of San Juan, found it in the neck of time!!!
If you mean that the throttle lever only controls one engine, but you want to control both:
Press "e 1 2" in quick succession.
