Strange behaviour

Hey ppl.... I just installed a new video card (ATI Radeon 9250), but in FS2004 theres a strange behaviour with the buildings and autogen scenery, some buildings stars flashing and blinking like a discotec, I tried everything to fix this and nothing happened.. please can someone here explain me why FS2004 is doing this? 😞

That's not a new card, it's fairly old and having a difficult time rendering the scenery.
I would turn down the distance that you are looking at and the scenery, traffic and clouds as much as possible.
Turn off water, textures and shadows and keep some of the others at or below default, that will free up some of your resources to help with the rendering.

You can also use a program such as this to help you get more "power" to the sim.
