Traffic

Is there a way of getting other trains on the route, say like a traffic add-on? Like ultimate traffic or traffic 2005 for FS2004, but for MS Train Sim?

I have the london to brighton add-on, do the trains run radomly so the signals are different every time? (i havent played it yet)
