Misty Fjords
I was looking into getting the Misty Fjords addon for FS, but it looked like a memory intensive addon, does anyone have this?
My specs are:
512 MB of RAM 400 MHz
Pentium 4 3.0 GHz processor
256 MB Video Card
With default scenery with ALL sliders maxed out I get around 25 FPS. Would it run ok my system?
Is it worth the $50?

I don't have it but I had a quick look at some reviews, and they seem to be positive - not mentioning anything about detrimental system performance. You have a nice PC - the RAM is a little on the low side, but if you have managed so far, the addon shouldn't do much harm

Your system is OK.512 more of RAM would be great though.I have Misty Fjords.
It doesn't seem that push my system more than other Sceneries add-ons.
I suggest it 100%.After install it you will notice that it creates some great default flights which you can choose them from the Select A flight menu,including a chopper flight too.
I cant be more specific cause i have it only one week,and i just check it without fly a complete flight.If you want some shots of it let me know. 😉
When they come out with that new verison, Something? Fjords? It starts with a T. Is it an add on to Misty Fjords, or is it a update, or is it a completely new area?

A new verison of Misty Fjords is coming out soon called Tongass Fjords.
