merging level-d panel with other aircraft....HELP!

Hiya!
i'm having a problem merging the level-d 767 panel with other freeware aircraft (e.g the posky 757). When i merge the panel, the elevator trim dosent seem to function as it should this is the same for the airolons too. What am i doing wrong? How do i prevent it?
