What's the difference between the standard US version compared to other Euro foreign language versions other than the language its in?

Any idea if a foreign language Euro version ( German/French/Italian ) will work on a US based PC or vice versa? Any info appreaciated. Thanks.

Interesting question.
I can't see why they should be different but then again I've only seen the U.S. edition.

Umm... I have belive that the ATC,text and pilots voice are the only changes
Im sure I have read somewhere about someone with a French copy and wanting to change the sound packs......Dont know whether he could
