If anyone is interested. Here is a TCAS system that is very, very good.
Here's the link TCAS II v7 IVSI and Transponder. You need the Lee Hetherington file which is the 3rd one. Also you will need the installation guide which is here installation guide

*****How to Install*****

Unzip the first .zip into a new folder. Install the ILH_TCAS.gau into your gauges folder. Copy & paste the TCAS2v7.dll' and 'TCAS2v7.ini into your main FS folder. Copy the TrafficInfo.dll into your modules folder. If you already have a earlier version then over write it with the new one.

Open up the panel.CFG of the plane you want to install this into. For this I'm using the MetroAir 737-200. Locate the last line of the gauge section under the main window.
Here's what mine looks like

gauge112=pg.mdxx.cd.taxi, 498,656,54,57
gauge113=ca727alti, 410,466,93,93
gauge114=ca727asi, 104,458,113,111
gauge115=ca727vsi, 417,577,84,83

Put this line at the end gaugeXX=ILH_TCAS!Logic, 0, 0, 1, 1. You should have something like this

gauge112=pg.mdxx.cd.taxi, 498,656,54,57
gauge113=ca727alti, 410,466,93,93
gauge114=ca727asi, 104,458,113,111
gauge115=ca727vsi, 417,577,84,83
gauge116=ILH_TCAS!Logic, 0, 0, 1, 1

Now goto your Window Titles and copy WindowXX=TCAS II 7.0under the last entry. This is what you should have

[Window Titles]
Window00=Main Panel
Window01=Throttle Quadrant
Window02=GPS
Window03=TCAS II 7.0

No we're going to add the TCAS Window. The last window in my panel is

//--------------------------------------------------------
[Window02]
Background_color=16,16,16
size_mm=456,378
position=8
visible=0
ident=GPS_PANEL

gauge00=fs9gps!gps_500, 0,0

Yours may differ depending on what panel you have. Copy the following under {Window 2} or what ever your last Windowis.

//--------------------------------------------------------
[WindowXX]
size_mm=228,248
window_size_ratio=1.00
position=2
visible=0
ident=10006

gauge00=ILH_TCAS!IVSI, 0, 0, 158, 158
gauge01=ILH_TCAS!Transponder, 0, 159, 228, 89

You should end up with the following

//--------------------------------------------------------
[Window02]
Background_color=16,16,16
size_mm=456,378
position=8
visible=0
ident=GPS_PANEL

gauge00=fs9gps!gps_500, 0,0

//--------------------------------------------------------
[Window03]
size_mm=228,248
window_size_ratio=1.00
position=2
visible=0
ident=10006

gauge00=ILH_TCAS!IVSI, 0, 0, 158, 158
gauge01=ILH_TCAS!Transponder, 0, 159, 228, 89

Close the Panel.CFG and save it when prompted. Start up the sim and press shift + 4 it was for me but may be different for you. Here's what it should look like

If you don't feel comfotable about modding your panel.cfg give me a shout I change it for you.

Enjoy
Steve

It looks like a very nice addition. Its strange that the file is over 2 years old and nothing far surpassing it has been released Dont Know

It could be 5yrs old but as long as it works as it does. I don't really care. plus it's a nice little addon that takes about 3 mins to install.
