terrain.cfg and Scenery.cfg !!!!

If you've still got the FS9 disks, then look at this post, put the correct disk in your drive accordingly and extract the files you want.

I know. I'm pointing to you that the files you need are on the disks that came as FS2004. The link I gave you gives you a detailed list of what is on each disk. Find the files you need in the list from that post and then look at what disk number it is under. Those files can then be extracted from the disk in My Computer.
