I have the Airbus a380 from traffic 2005, and i want to put a panel i downloaded into it. how do i do this?

All the add-ons have a readme file which has detailed instructions about the installation process.
In general you have to replace the panel folder in the Aircrafts one.But be sure to read the readme file just in case of some special instructions.
