Autobreaks

I usually use TOGA mode on takeoff but when I have the autobreaks set to RTO they sometimes spontaniously start to break by themselves. Any ideas?

RTO brakes are designed to engage full brake power when engine power is cut, i.e. when it thinks you are aborting a take off. If you cut the power, then the brakes will engage when on the ground.
