Active Camera crashing FS

Hi,
I installed the latest 2.1 version of Active Camera.
I am in Default Cessna 172 and in VC mode.I activate the "Internal Pilot View" in Active Camera and push the centre wheel to look around. As soon as i do that FS crashes and restarts....

Anything that I am missing as it gets too irritating to use Active Camera..

Apology for not posting enough information:

Here's what there in my system:
1) MSFS 2004 9.0 (not upgraded to 9.1)
2) Active Camera 2004 version 2.1 for MSFS version 9.0
3) Pentium D 2.8 gzh
4) Windows XP Pro 64 bit edition

1) Do I need to updated MSFS to 9.1?
2) Would my addons PMDG 737/747 would work with 9.1?
3) Is this because of the 64 bit edition of winxp???

I had looked into the FAQ but there is no mention for version 9.0 of the MSFS.

I start the Flight sim with default cessna 172.I switch to virtual cockpit view. Then I enable Active Camera's Internal Pilot view.I then push and hold the mouse wheel and ooooops MSFS crashes and restarts....
Do i need to do any extra configuration?

hmmmm. All I can think of is that there is some bug with the 9.0 version, but just incase, I would wait for someone more professional to help 🙂

1) Do I need to updated MSFS to 9.1?

I don't know, i run Active Camera with 9.1 with no problems. Try upgrading to 9.1 and see what happens, it won't hurt. If it still don't work you can just rollback to 9.0.

2) Would my addons PMDG 737/747 would work with 9.1?

No, i have PMDG aircraft and FS runs just fine.

3) Is this because of the 64 bit edition of winxp???

I doubt it. My son has AC running on XP 64 bit Edition.

Try uninstalling AC and if the directory remains, delete that to then try reinstalling AC.
