I had already uninstall nero, and disable the kaspersky
but i'ts not working..
and got a message "error - 1636..."
driver C - 4GB
driver D - 16GB
what should i do~

He's right, the install is 14 gigs you need to have 20-25 gigs free before you try to insatll.
Don't forget to defrag before you install it.
