Im looking around for good repaint utilities for Fs anybody have any suggestions? Anybody use that FS Repaint program....

Simplest Answer: Edit the images in the aircraft folder in Photoshop (I used elements... thats old)

If you're serious, give FS Repaint a miss. It's easy to use, the finished product will be anything but satisfactory though.
Use a proper editor such as Photoshop, PSP or some similar, more professional software.
You can get a Demo version (free) of FS Repaint but some NVIDIA drivers clash with that demo and render it unusable. You won't be doing any damage though, as in this case the Demo just simply won't load.
i used it when I first started out. but it's not very advanced at all. the nice thing about it is that it actually shows a 3D model before you upload the textures. but I could do all of the repainting with paintt.net. it's not bad, but now I use photoshop
