What altitude do high altitude VOR's cover?
Are they all suitable for Concorde at FL600 are are some high altitude VOR's not recievable at this altitude?

High Altitude (H) VOR
40 NM 1,000 – 14,500 Feet
100 NM-14,500 – 60,000 Feet
130 NM-18,000–45,000 Feet
