Scenery Align - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 Scenery)

Did anyone use Scenery Align with FS9 and what was the result? I seem to have lost ALL my afcad2 files after using this freeware once only. I cannot locate where on earth I downloaded this utility, there is no manual or readme file with it.
