When flying into Jersey airport UK on the ILS runway the plane touches down about 200 yards shorts of the runway.
The approach path seems to be wrong, can anyone else fly ILS into Jersey and tell post if they have the same problem.

Cheers

I flew into Jersey via ILS the other day and never had any problems.

You know your supposed to deactivate the autopilot about 500ft ASL and fly the rest manually don't you?

Answered

Keep in mind that the ILS is not designed to land the aircraft, it's only good down to about 200 feet above the ground(AGL). You have to hand fly it from there. The exception is auto-land which you would have to download since none of the default aircraft come with the feature. 🙂
