FS9 update and nocd patch

😀 If you are having problems there is an alternative which I think 🤔 passed you all by the other day

Rafi and came up with the perfect answer for everyone...........Create a virtual CD 4 and run fs9 with the original fs9exe.

You will need both d/loads,Alcohol to create the cd4 image and Daemon-tools to create the virtual cd drive
Then you mount the image onto the virtual cd drive

Using this method you will get no loss of frame rates or autogen and it loads quicker too
