First Officernot familiar with windowblinds, but if you were thinking about any other "cool" toolbars and taskbars you can find all over the internet, Please be wise, and leave them alone....
Most of the time they come with some sort of "cool" hidden additional features like advertisements / popups, or in worse cases, all sorts of spyware/malware.
You're asking for trouble...
