Why does my 2D Cockpit "Flicker"?

My 2D Cockpit flickers. It has a this Horizontal flicker that wont go away, and it is ONLY in 2D Cockpit mode. 3D and Spot Views have no flicker. What is causing this? It seems to happen on most of my aircraft...
Please advise...

When I read your post it sounded like a graphic problem at first but then you told us about it doesnt happen in 3d etc. Either the panel has gone bad or your Flight Simulator doesnt like you. Sure one of the guys around here can help you out though.
