what is this SP1 and SP2 ive been seeing people talk about recently what is it what does it do?

First OfficerSP1 helps FSX run faster and gives you better and more enhanced preformance. If you do not have it downloaded you need to. And SP2 does not exist, yet.
First OfficerSP2 does exist, but its for the Software Developers Kit included with Deluxe... it is not performance related.

As JL......stated, no SP2 for FSX there's a new SDK but you must have the original SDK installed from FSX.

Start/control panel/add or remove software/check the box "show updates" and it should be below MS Flight sim X
