In the help file of fs2004 and fsx it says that you can record your flight on video. IN the menus I cannot find an option on how to do this. Can anybody tell me how to do this? I would like to capture some take-offs and landings on video, to see what they look like from a spectators POV.

thanks,

Rodg.

hi, you need to fly in a "window" press Alt+Ent to get "window" then you'll see an option bar across the top of the screen. I don't recal which one it is but it won't take you long to find it. 🙂

I'm not exactly sure (recalling this from memory) but in the menus, under either Tools or View, there is an option something about a replay. Just select that, the amount you want to replay and thats it. Theres also the Flight Video option in the menu too but I don't particularly prefer that. If you want to save the video onto your computer for later viewing, 2 good programs I know of are Fraps (www.fraps.com) and ZD Soft Game Recorder (http://www.zdsoft.com/game-recorder/). They are payware but try the trials and see how you like it.
