TraineeWhen it is released, will SP2 be cumulative or if I buy another copy of FSX will I have to install SP1 first and then SP2.

unfortunately, a slipstream is not in the cards right now.
so yes, if you buy new you will have to install FSX, then SP1, then SP2.
