You don't give the mb of the card but the CPU won't handle 2004 at all, maybe 2002.
You can get that quite cheap in the jewel cases.

I would say you need a serious upgrade. You should have at least 1GB of RAM and a speed of around 1500Mhz. 😉

Possibly, but would consider another card and maybe another 1Gb of RAM. Why buy Dell, when for about the same price, you could build your own PC with much higher specification. Have a look in the classified ads of your local paper, ours have quite a few people who advertise that they build PC's

Bart, i have a similar setup Wink

Except I have an AMD Athlon 64 3500+ 2.2ghz which ive overclocked to 2.5ghz.

I am upgrading to 2GB of RAM

and I have a GeForce 7600GS, which i am hopefully selling to replace with a GeForce 7900GTX

And at what settings are you playing now FS2004? How much Fps do you get?

I am not so sure about overclocking... seems like running your car at high rpms while you are sitting at a stoplight. I suspect it will do damage over time.
