a321 radio tuning

Hi guys,

I'm not able to tune the NAV1 on an airbus a321 aircraft. The problem is the last 3 digits give me an option to tune but not the initial 3 digits in the frequency.

Ex: If the default NAV1 is set to 111.400 and I need to retune to 109.300 then:

I can retune after the decimal point(.300 goes to .950 and cycles) but I cannot retune 111 to 109. This is because when I hover the mouse over the intial 3 digits before the decimal point the cursor dosen't turns +/- but with other aircrafts its not a problem.

Any help????

Cheers

Try moing the mouse over a bit. I think it's got an inner and outer tuning knob. One does the decimals, the other does the whole numbers.

Try moving the cursor (hand) to the displayed numbers, and wait for the little + or - to show up, then when you have either one of these showing click your left mouse button to change the numbers.

Sounds like your not far enough over, place the hand on bottom left edge of the display and try again.

As mdaskalos said there's an inner knob and an outer knob. This is mostly across all Airbus aircrafts.

If u are on the outer edge the whole no gets tuned and if ur on the outer knob the decimals get tuned.
