Downloading from a zip file

Call me stupid, but once i download a zip file to the temp file, how do i download into the FSx from there?

Does anyone have very specific instructions on downloading the planes through Windows Vista? We've tried following the instructions from postt1800, but no luck. Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

The FSX main folder should be in Microsoft Games, Vista or XP. Once you get into it 1800 will work the same.
