Chief CaptainI have found Spybot Search and Destroy to be perfectly adequate. I have used Spyware Terminator in the past and don't remember being particularly impressed.

Dump your cookies cache and history before you run any spyware app.
If you don't you get a false positive.

Captaintry spyware i use it we got it for free when i got my graphx card from bestbuy
