First Officeryou dont it comes with the graphics card, check ur graphics card for what kind of shader model it has, graphics cards today have either 3.0 or 4.0 older models have 2.0(2-3 years old)then the really old models have 1.1 and 1.0 (4-7 years old)

any DX9 graphics card has Shader 2.0.
be careful because some DX9 integrated parts claim SM2.0 but report no hardware vertex shader. SP2 and Acceleration require a hardware vertex shader.
