TraineeThe 'Q' key on your keyboard toggles the sound on or off. Try that, I had the same problem once

Does FSX see your sound card?
First OfficerTry to check the internal sound config of FSX. I think the ATC voice is turned too low and engine and cockpit voice is high. I guess thats why u cant her it!!!
