I am flying another eclipse flight and I am at FL290 have the autothrotle on and set to fly at mach .60 except I cant get to mach .60. power is at 96% N1 and there are no winds. What am i doing wrong or not getting. Help!. I took off with only 75% power again and i stil wasted 7% of fuel someone help

Yes i set payload to zero fuel to 50%. Made sure the pitot heat was on and everything!!!
Does anybody have this plane.????
