Dem4km.bgl Error Msg - Flight Simulator X (General)

can anyone advise me on where I can get info as far as an error I get when trying to install FSX? I keep getting a message "dem4km.bgl" is missing or damaged.

after downloading the dem4km.bgl
wen i open they show they :windows cannot open the file"
so wat i've to do
