How do you post screenshots? Do you have to upload it to a website (i.e. Photobucket) to post them?

Yes, then you post the screen shots URL not the URL in the upper window.
Put it between the [img][/img] marks.

When I go to submit it, it comes up, "You can't post this file: Filetype not supported". It is in JPEG format.
