Hi, Where can I purchase a civilian aircraft flight simulator for use on an apple mac?

Need this for Xmas!

I don't have or know anything about this but it's the only new one that I can find.
I believe but am not certain that a previous edition, possibly 2000 of MS Flight Sim could be used on a Mac.
Not sure check first.
