Anybody know where I can find some full cockpit sim software for a Gulfstream G$???

For FS2004:

This is the Microsoft Flight forum... Microsoft Flight hasn't yet been released.
You will need a copy of FS2004 or a copy of FSX to run the software. You can get FSX here:
