Delux, acceleration or gold. Which is best for modding in XP

I'm sorry for asking a question which you've probably been asked already but i want to mod my FSX. I've got the standard version, I know of the SDK but very simply, out of those three versions which is best?

The gold version seems to only work with vista and I'm not sure if the acceleration version has the extra airports and planes and graphics update.

I've got my eye on the deluxe version but if the acceleration version adds those airports and planes and the SDK i'll go for that, but if neither has the modding ability i'd like to know what I need, or is there some sort of substitute.

I'm using windows XP and a rather powerfull PC, so please just clarify for me. Does FSX deluxe come with the SDK and modding ability?

Standard = Regular FSX - no SDK no Acceleration planes no Grumman Goose just regular FSX.

Deluxe = Same as reguler just with SDK and the Grumman Goose.

Acceleration = Add on with the Boeing F18 Hornet, the North American P-51D Mustang, the Augusta Westland EH101 and some Extra Missions but you need Deluxe or Standard to use it. As far as I know you don't lose any airports.

Gold = Deluxe and Acceleration together.
