I bouth last Sunday the FScene4X for FSX and It makes many good changes to the FSX Scenery, but the ground and water surfaces looks funny.

I can't get any answer from the Producer , and I did changes on the Autogen and all the Graphics in my FSX Settings , but it only makes it worst.
Any one knows the product? Any advise?

My PC works on
Win 7x 64
i5 4440 8 Gb Ram
GForce GTX 650 Ti
.....and the Original FSX+ Acceleration are doing so good
as it is...! Embarassed

I did every thing, uploaded the Patches ,and still have those weird ground and water surface colour and checker squares.
The guy doesn't answer in his own forum...I'll take it down and put the original Textures back.... 😞
BTW..The PC is OK indeed...TNX

Read this, frame rate (or FPS) should be locked at 20.

Be sure you have the latest video drivers, clean out the old ones first.

As I told you, my PC is new and with the best and newest drivers installed too.
With the Original FSX Textures I play using the highest definitions, for all the functions, Graphics are Top High and every thing goes smooth and fast !

I found a couple of old chats in the Ruud's FScene4X Forum ,and saw even pictures ppl shoot as they suffer the same "Black" foreground.
Ruud has not any good answer for it!

The image needs to be larger so we can see the problem.

Now, after digging down the FScene Forum I found a few others who suffered the same "wrong" Scenery after installing the Fscene4X.
The point is some "ambiguous explanation" .
Basic wrong meaning ,as Ruud Faber ask you to keep a Backup of the Original Textures before running the New ones!
But it doesn't mean you have to cut off the Originals

Yeah, "double Dutch" for Trainees like me.... 🙄

Any how, right now I succeeded to put every thing back, the right way , and it WORKS OK!!!
Wonderful Ground Textures all around...

Sometimes it takes a lot of searching and then work but in the end it's worth it.
Happy flying!
