Fernandez USS-Nimitz_Ike_ version 2

I have Fernandez' Nimitz carrier saved in my downloads. When I try to install it into FSX I get the message in a dialog box stating "Cannot create C:\Program Files9(x86)\Microsoft Games\ Microsoft Flight Simulator X\Effects\fx_beaconb_cvn.fx". I tried many workarounds to overcome the problem but none were effective. I have never had this problem with Fernandez Nimitz carrier in the past. Would appreciate help on this problem very much.
