Passenger doors

Hello, new to forums. Is there a way to get passenger doors on downloaded aircraft to open. I get a caption that reads Main Exit Open but nothing happens. The doors are still closed. Would this be a aircraft. cfg issue? Thanks, XEAL.

Only certain aircraft have this problem. Some CV-580 Multi-Pack and L188 Electra Multi-Pack. Aircraft. cfg file has a Exit section with 4 exits but they don't work. Wondering if model was designed with non-working doors.
That's very possible.
There is airport scenery made where the jetways move and others made where they don't move.
It's all up to the designer, if the keyboard commands don't work then it's probably not included in the aircraft's design.
Too bad, it would be nice to have all "doors" work on an aircraft but that's why the are free and the payware usually are loaded with extra features providing you buy the correct ones.
