I am not having any success online addressing this issue. I installed FSX Gold Edition, which came with 2 CDs for FSX Deluxe and 1 CD for FSX Acceleration. The 2 CDs for FSX Deluxe were installed successfully (I was able to put in the product key to activate the Deluxe software). But I ran into problems with the Acceleration CD. I wasn't prompted to put in the product key, and the setup indicated that the process was finished. I thought the installation was complete... until I ran FSX. The following message came up:

[/img][i][b]We're sorry, an unexpected error occurred that is preventing the product activation from being completed.

ERROR CODE:1-80004005

Can anyone tell me what I am missing?

My particulars are as follows:
Windows 7 Professional 64 bit
8192 MB RAM
DirectX 11
Intel Core i5-4590 CPU @3.30GHz (4 CPUs) , ~3.3GHz
