When coming in to land in an Airbus A321, why does the autothrottle sometimes engage all by itself and select full power, even if turned off?! And when it does that, I can't turn it off again! Man, how I hate the Airbus for this -- in fact, once I even broke up in midair because of it!
When this happens, what should I do? (And BTW, please tell me this is not accurate for the real Airbus!)

Don't use the airbus 😎
Well, I have to in some missions (like the Paris airshow mission, for example).
