Problem with "Installing Addon Scenery Tutorial"

As instructed I downloaded the Pensacola Naval Station zipped file from https://flyawaysimulation.com/downloads/files/7026/fsx-nas-pensacola-scenery/
The tutorial says "The folder you download is called KNPA_FSX1.2"
The download I got from the link is called "penscol"
I extracted "penscol".
The tutorial says " the file you want is inside and is called KNPA_FSX"
There is no "KNPA_FSX" folder to copy to the addon scenery folder of FSX.
What am I doing wrong?

Sorry took so long, I have to log-out to download.
There are two BLG files, put them in the main scenery folder, let them overwrite if they ask.
Follow the rest of his read-me that came with the download.
