If you loaded all 4 disks it made a folder and is on your computer.
Type in flight sim 2004 in Cortana's box next to the start button on your desktop.
It should show up.

You have 4 disks.
Put the first one in the caddy and as it loads it will give you direction as to what to do next.

It loads like any other game software.
