Landing light on and off for the XB-70 using the L key

Has anyone found an XB-70 for FSX that when looking out the windshield at night, you can hit the L key and
light up the runway.  It seems that all the one's that I found have the landing light on permanently but when
you look through the windshield at night it does not appear when pressing the L key. I have downloaded many zip
files for this aircraft and they all exibit the same problem.
