Garmin 430, 480, 530 Sim? - Flight Simulator 2004: A Century of Flight (FS2004 General)

At one time, the Garmin 430 was a download for FS2002. The 500 in FS2004 is a little of everything but specific to nothing. Has anyone developed a high fidelity download for any of these GPSs?
