keyboard help

can anyone help
i cant seam to bring up the menue bar in fs2004 it plays in full screen mode all the time the alt key doesnt work but in other peogrames it does and some other keys do not seem to work in it i have a wireless keyboaord is the keyboard on the way out or is it fs2004 itself causing it..javascript:emoticon('😳')
