Somebody konws ,why the aircraft turn to left after T/O when the Autorudder option in the realism setting are Off

so you said the autorudder was off? That means you have to operate it yourself. After take off on jets, the rudder shouldn't be a big problem.
But with props, the torque of their propellers will tend to make them ( turn to the left, I think?) on take off. You have to readjust for that with a little right rudder and aileron. If you have autorudder on, that shouldn't be a problem.
