Dear Fellow Simmers,

I was wondering whether there might be a simple mod that can be made,perhaps to the FS9 cfg, to ensure that all loaded flights begin with a cold,dark cockpit? If not, is there a utility available that might do the job?

If you have a "Default" aircraft, put it in the condition you want, then save it once again as your default aircraft. All newly created flights will start in the "all off" state.

your suggestion to install bc_dark.zip was right on the money.It's the perfect solution and it works brill 😂
