F1 view isn't as versatile as Active Camera but it's free.

Active Camera for FS2002 is free and fully functional.

Active Camera for fs9 is free but crippled. If you want the key you'll have to pay.

Make sure you read the instructions - there's something about fs9 with or without update. But it works fine.
