if your taking about the rank under your username it's mast on the amount of post's you post.
I'm not sure about the figures I'm sure someone else will post and tell you.

Liono is correct, it has to do with the amount of 🙄 quality postings you make.

50- First Officer
100- Captain
300- Chief Captain

In other words, you get rewarded for talking to much. 😂
